Refund Policy

1. Repayment policy applies for a period of 15 days after getting the output.
2. Whenever a client re-delivers past 15 days challenging quality level, a 30% payment to proofread and 50% to re-appraise is charged. (The 30% and 50% fees structure factors file length or pages required)
3. Refund only applies to files earmarked as Class A Excellent and Class B Good quality audio or materials.
4. We first subject files to further proofreading in case a quality defect is complained of prior to acquiescing to the request.
5. The request cannot be relied on if files have been thoroughly re-proofread and quality attained. The reviewed copy should be submitted with rejected files.
6. Repayment cannot be invoked where the files were earmarked as Complex audio/handwritten notes or ordered through Rush turnarounds.
7. We are not able to pre-pledge High accuracywhere files were ordered under Rush Hour or are Complex quality file recordings or documents.
